Pork Picadillo toast with cream, cheese and onion rings
Ingredients
- 500 g. ground pork
- ½ cup seasoned tomato puree
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1 potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
- ½ cup peas
- 3 sprigs of parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 12 small corn toasts
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Knead ground beef with egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and form meatballs filling them with capers, fry until browned and cooked inside.
- Melt cream cheese with the cream and season to taste making a sauce.
- Serve on top of sauce accompanying them with a bed of fresh spinach.
