Grilled Pork skewers
Ingredients
- 500 g. Leg, head and/or shoulder loin, cut into skew size cubes
- 1 squash into thin slices
- 2 cups red bell pepper boxes, yellow and green
- 2 cups pineapple into medium cubes
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Marinate meat with a sauce (made with pineapple juice and seasoned to taste).
- Make each skew alternating the ingredients and roast on the grill until meat is golden brown.
- Serve the skewers accompanied by green salad, yellow corn and roasted mushrooms.
