Grilled Pork skewers

Ingredients

  • 500 g. Leg, head and/or shoulder loin, cut into skew size cubes
  • 1 squash into thin slices
  • 2 cups red bell pepper boxes, yellow and green
  • 2 cups pineapple into medium cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Marinate meat with a sauce (made with pineapple juice and seasoned to taste).
  • Make each skew alternating the ingredients and roast on the grill until meat is golden brown.
  • Serve the skewers accompanied by green salad, yellow corn and roasted mushrooms.
