English Pork with Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g. leg, chopped into medium cubes
  • ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ white puréed onion
  • Oil seal
  • Pepper

Preparation

  • Pan fry beef cubes and onion with a tablespoon of oil in the pan.
  • Add the two sauces and peppers.
  • Serve the meat cubes and dipped in sauce.
  • Garnish your dish with cream and macaroni and cheese.
