English Pork with Worcestershire Sauce
Ingredients
- 500 g. leg, chopped into medium cubes
- ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ white puréed onion
- Oil seal
- Pepper
Preparation
- Pan fry beef cubes and onion with a tablespoon of oil in the pan.
- Add the two sauces and peppers.
- Serve the meat cubes and dipped in sauce.
- Garnish your dish with cream and macaroni and cheese.
