Ingredients

- 1 glass of brandy
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Grill the steaks until golden brown and pour brandy at the end of cooking to deglaze and evaporate the alcohol.
- Serve with poblano chile strips with cream and garnish with refried beans bays.
