The ORGANISMO NACIONAL DE CERTIFICACIÓN Y VERIFICACIÓN AGROALIMENTARIA (ONCVA) certified us as a production unit of pigs for slaughter allowing us the use of the official brand "México Calidad Suprema".
History
Our story begins in the early 50's in the city of La Piedad, Michoacan With the marketing of feed grains.
In 1983 we built our first farm. Currently there are three centers of pig production in the State of Michoacan. In the year of 2011 with the aim of processing high-quality cuts, we constructed a fourth center with high technology in the State of Puebla.
We are a vertically integrated company from production of grains to the sale of cuts of pork.
Today, on Innova Alimentos we have given the task of working under the Mexican Official Standards within the framework of international standards. Our food products have become very important and we are working on advances in genetics, Biosafety Conditions and Federal Inspection Processes with TIF Certified Quality.
Today we have the “México Calidad Suprema” certification from the Organismo Nacional de Certificación y Verificación Agroalimentaria (ONCVA) as a unit of pig production, the TIF 581 (Tipo Inspección Federal) by SENASICA SAGARPA and the Seal CARNE MEXICANA TIF supported by SAGARPA.
