Pork Picadillo toast with cream, cheese and onion rings

Ingredients

  • 500 g. ground pork
  • ½ cup seasoned tomato puree
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 1 potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup peas
  • 3 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 12 small corn toasts
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Knead ground beef with egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and form meatballs filling them with capers, fry until browned and cooked inside.
  • Melt cream cheese with the cream and season to taste making a sauce.
  • Serve on top of sauce accompanying them with a bed of fresh spinach.
