Grilled T-Bone Pork steaks with Black Pepper
Ingredients
- 4 T Bone cuts of 200 g. approx. each
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Broil curs on a grill until golden and season with garlic salt and pepper to taste.
- When serving, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
- Garnish with mashed potatoes and chives, asparagus salad and tomato slices dressed with olive oil.
