Grilled T-Bone Pork steaks with Black Pepper

Ingredients

  • 4 T Bone cuts of 200 g. approx. each
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Broil curs on a grill until golden and season with garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  • When serving, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
  • Garnish with mashed potatoes and chives, asparagus salad and tomato slices dressed with olive oil.
