Cubes Pork Leg with Bacon for Botana

Ingredients

  • 500 g. leg in medium cubes approximately 3 x 3 cm. each
  • 200 g. of sliced smoked bacon
  • Cheddar cheese spreads
  • 125 grams. unsweetened plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Wrap the meat cubes in the bacon strips, holding them with wooden stick and season.
  • Roast the cubes in a pan without oil until brown on all sides, set aside.
  • Mix vigorously with yogurt cheese cubes and pepper until blended.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and pepper.
  • Serve as an appetizer with chopsticks cubes, and accompany with cheese as a dip.
