Cubes Pork Leg with Bacon for Botana
Ingredients
- 500 g. leg in medium cubes approximately 3 x 3 cm. each
- 200 g. of sliced smoked bacon
- Cheddar cheese spreads
- 125 grams. unsweetened plain yogurt
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Wrap the meat cubes in the bacon strips, holding them with wooden stick and season.
- Roast the cubes in a pan without oil until brown on all sides, set aside.
- Mix vigorously with yogurt cheese cubes and pepper until blended.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and pepper.
- Serve as an appetizer with chopsticks cubes, and accompany with cheese as a dip.
