Japanese Style Breaded Pork rolls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg. pork steak thinly sliced
  • 8 Fresh Asparagus
  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopsticks

Preparation

  • Mix soy, vinegar, sesame oil and sugar. Stir well until dissolved.
  • Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • In the above mixture, dip meat for 10 minutes.
  • Remove it, drain well and spread it on a flat surface, placing each slice of pork steak.
  • Roll and secure with a toothpick.
  • Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and bathe with the mixture. Bake at 225 ° C, for 5-10 minutes.
  • Strain the juice dropped from the meat and heat to a simmer in a saucepan until reduced by half.
  • Serve rolls, bathed with the juice.
  • Garnish with steamed rice and vegetables.
