Pork Rib Eye in Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 cuts Rib Eye
  • 1 ½ cups of shelled unsalted raw peanuts
  • ¼ white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ cup chicken broth liquid
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Season cuts with salt and pepper and grill until cooked.
  • Chop and fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan with the oil.
  • Ground peanuts in a blender with the cream and chicken broth.
  • Add them to the pan and season the sauce.
  • Garnish the cuts with the sauce adding whole and halved peanuts; steamed broccoli with butter sprinkled with fresh red pepper.
