Pork Rib Eye in Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 cuts Rib Eye
- 1 ½ cups of shelled unsalted raw peanuts
- ¼ white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon oil
- ½ cup chicken broth liquid
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Season cuts with salt and pepper and grill until cooked.
- Chop and fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan with the oil.
- Ground peanuts in a blender with the cream and chicken broth.
- Add them to the pan and season the sauce.
- Garnish the cuts with the sauce adding whole and halved peanuts; steamed broccoli with butter sprinkled with fresh red pepper.
