Pork Chops with Apple
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops each of 250 grams. and about 2.5 cm.. thick.
- 1 red apple
- 1 green apple
- salt and pepper c / n
Preparation
- Chops seasoned and sealed until golden, and reserved aside.
- Cut Apples into wedges and reserve in lemon juice.
- Apple wedges are mounted and served with arugula salad, lettuce, tomato and garnished with cranberry sauce and orange juice.
