Pork Chops with Apple

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops each of 250 grams. and about 2.5 cm.. thick.
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 green apple
  • salt and pepper c / n

Preparation

  • Chops seasoned and sealed until golden, and reserved aside.
  • Cut Apples into wedges and reserve in lemon juice.
  • Apple wedges are mounted and served with arugula salad, lettuce, tomato and garnished with cranberry sauce and orange juice.
