Filet Mignon of Pork with Mustard Sauce and White Wine

Ingredients

  • 12 mignon steaks
  • 200 g. mustard
  • 100g. of mustard
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil seal

Preparation

  • Season steaks with salt and pepper and roasted on the grill until golden on all sides.
