Pork meatballs in Cream Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ kilogram of ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g. Breadcrumbs
  • Capers to taste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200 g. Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Knead ground beef with egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and form meatballs filling them with capers, fry until browned and cooked inside.
  • Melt cream cheese with the cream and season to taste making a sauce.
  • Serve on top of sauce accompanying them with a bed of fresh spinach.
