Pork Fillet Mignon with Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 16 mignon steaks
- 200 g. Cream cheese
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 200 gr. Blue cheese
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ liter of white wine
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
