Pork Fillet Mignon with Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 16 mignon steaks
  • 200 g. Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 200 gr. Blue cheese
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ liter of white wine
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • They roasted on the grill and season with salt and pepper the fillets until golden.
  • Fry Onion and garlic, add half of the wine. Add cheese and cream and stir until it has thicken. Serve fillets with sauce and asparagus.
