T-Bone Pork in plum sauce with sliced banana
Ingredients
- 4 cuts of T Bone
- 350 gr. of pitted prunes
- 200 g sugar
- 125 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 2 fried bananas slices
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Grill the banana slices until golden brown and cooked.
- For the sauce heat on low flame to dissolve sugar with the vinegar adding salt, pepper and spices for five minutes, incorporate plums pulp to the sauce until it thickens.
- Serve accompanied by cuts and gravy, fried plantain slices and mashed potatoes.
