T-Bone Pork in plum sauce with sliced banana

Ingredients

  • 4 cuts of T Bone
  • 350 gr. of pitted prunes
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 fried bananas slices
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Grill the banana slices until golden brown and cooked.
  • For the sauce heat on low flame to dissolve sugar with the vinegar adding salt, pepper and spices for five minutes, incorporate plums pulp to the sauce until it thickens.
  • Serve accompanied by cuts and gravy, fried plantain slices and mashed potatoes.
