- black pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- ½ medium white onion
- ½ lemon
- salt
Preparation
- Season cuts on the grill with salt and pepper until cooked and golden.
- Chop the tomatoes, peppers, onion and season with salt and lemon.
- You can season the cuts sprinkled with freshly ground pepper, served with the sauce.
