Pork Rib Eye Steak with Black Pepper

Ingredients

  • 4 cuts Rib Eye
  • black pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • ½ medium white onion
  • ½ lemon
  • salt

Preparation

  • Season cuts on the grill with salt and pepper until cooked and golden.
  • Chop the tomatoes, peppers, onion and season with salt and lemon.
  • You can season the cuts sprinkled with freshly ground pepper, served with the sauce.
