Pork Tenders with Pineapple and Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 leg steaks
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons puréed tomato
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Grill the steaks until golden and season to taste.
  • Slitting to take the form of fajita.
  • Heat all ingredients over slow flame, stirring to make a sauce.
  • Mix the starch in a tablespoon of cold water and pour inton the sauce, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  • Serve the fajitas forming a fan and decorate with sauce and pineapple cubes.
  • Add as decoration flower petals previously roasted red peppers and green pepper.
  • Garnish with white rice if desired.
