Orange style Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 Middle back ridges of approximately 800 g.
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • ¼ cup grated orange peel
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Tie thread loin, season with salt and pepper.
  • Seal it on the griddle until golden bake at 175 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked.
  • In a saucepan, place the sugar and water until it forms a light caramel and add the juice, orange zest and vinegar.
  • Add the cornstarch diluted in a little cold water to thicken to thicken sauce.
  • Bathes meat with the sauce, slice and serve it with white rice garnished with peppers and green salad.
