Orange style Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1 Middle back ridges of approximately 800 g.
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- ¼ cup grated orange peel
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Tie thread loin, season with salt and pepper.
- Seal it on the griddle until golden bake at 175 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked.
- In a saucepan, place the sugar and water until it forms a light caramel and add the juice, orange zest and vinegar.
- Add the cornstarch diluted in a little cold water to thicken to thicken sauce.
- Bathes meat with the sauce, slice and serve it with white rice garnished with peppers and green salad.
