Pork Rib Eye Grilled with Caramelized Honey Bee

Ingredients

  • 4 cuts of Rib Eye
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chambray potatoes
  • 2 cups cooked peas
  • Granulated chicken bouillon
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Season steaks with salt and pepper and roast on the grill until golden on all sides And set aside
  • Without removing the meat juices, add honey and chicken broth then bring to a boil until reduced to a glazing sauce
  • Sprinkle potatoes with granulated chicken broth and sauté until golden brown shell.
  • Liquefy peas to make a puree and season homogeneous.
  • Serve meat on top of sauce and garnish with potatoes and mashed peas
  • Garnish with a quarter of tomato and fresh chives.
