Pork Rib Eye Grilled with Caramelized Honey Bee
Ingredients
- 4 cuts of Rib Eye
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chambray potatoes
- 2 cups cooked peas
- Granulated chicken bouillon
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Season steaks with salt and pepper and roast on the grill until golden on all sides And set aside
- Without removing the meat juices, add honey and chicken broth then bring to a boil until reduced to a glazing sauce
- Sprinkle potatoes with granulated chicken broth and sauté until golden brown shell.
- Liquefy peas to make a puree and season homogeneous.
- Serve meat on top of sauce and garnish with potatoes and mashed peas
- Garnish with a quarter of tomato and fresh chives.
