Pork Fillet Mignon with Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 12 mignon steaks
  • 6 green tomatoes
  • 2 jalapeño peppers
  • ¼ medium white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • fresh cilantro
  • Oil

Preparation

  • Season cuts with salt and pepper and roast on the grill until brown on all sides.
  • Boil tomatoes until throughly cooked.
  • Grind all in blender with onion, garlic, chiles, cilantro and season the sauce.
  • Serve sauce and lay cuts on top garnishing with bays refried beans, sprinkle with cheese
