Pork Tenders with Hot Jalapeño Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 leg steaks
- 3 jalapeño peppers
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ medium lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh oregano
- Oil seal
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Grill the steaks until golden and season to taste.
- Cut into strips to take the form of fajita.
- Blend jalapeño peppers, garlic, lemon juice and oregano.
- Season to taste.
- Pour sauce over pork and fajitas mixing them with white rice and lentils.
