Pork Tenders with Hot Jalapeño Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 leg steaks
  • 3 jalapeño peppers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ medium lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh oregano
  • Oil seal
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Grill the steaks until golden and season to taste.
  • Cut into strips to take the form of fajita.
  • Blend jalapeño peppers, garlic, lemon juice and oregano.
  • Season to taste.
  • Pour sauce over pork and fajitas mixing them with white rice and lentils.
