Pork Loin Cubes in Morita Chile Sauce

Ingredients

  • 800 grams. steak cut into cubes
  • 10 morita chilies
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Previously soaked chiles and liquefies with the onion, garlic and salt, the resulting sauce is warm refry and reserves.
  • Cubes of meat seasoned with salt and pepper and fry in a small amount of oil. Serve on the sauce and accompany with bays or black beans.
