Pork Loin Cubes in Morita Chile Sauce
Ingredients
- 800 grams. steak cut into cubes
- 10 morita chilies
- 1/2 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Previously soaked chiles and liquefies with the onion, garlic and salt, the resulting sauce is warm refry and reserves.
- Cubes of meat seasoned with salt and pepper and fry in a small amount of oil. Serve on the sauce and accompany with bays or black beans.
