Pork ribs with Sweet and Sour chilli Sauce
Ingredients
- 8 medium pork ribs
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 garlic clove
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Season ribs and Broil on the grill.
- Heat finagled on a saucepan, add sugar, tomato sauce, dried chili flakes, orange juice and garlic cloves.
- Pour cornstarch previously dissolved in a little cold water into the mixture, stirring until it thickens.
- Bathe ribs with mixture and serve accompanied by white rice mixed with nuts.
