Pork ribs with Sweet and Sour chilli Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 medium pork ribs
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Season ribs and Broil on the grill.
  • Heat finagled on a saucepan, add sugar, tomato sauce, dried chili flakes, orange juice and garlic cloves.
  • Pour cornstarch previously dissolved in a little cold water into the mixture, stirring until it thickens.
  • Bathe ribs with mixture and serve accompanied by white rice mixed with nuts.
