Pork ribs with cactus leafs (nopales) and Red Sauce
Ingredients
- Pork ribs rack
- 1/2 onion
- 10 cactus leaves cooked and cut into strips
- 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
- 3 sprigs of cilantro
- 1 spring of rosemary
- 2 slices of fried plantains
- Salt and peppe
Preparation
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and roast ribs on the grill until cooked and golden.
- Red sauce is prepared by grinding in a blender the tomatoes, garlic, onion, cilantro and chicken broth tablespoon.
- Sauté the sauce and add the strips of cactus and a few leaves of rosemary.
- Season to taste.
- Serve sauce and place the ribs on top, accompanied with slices of fried plantain.
- You can also use shredded skirt cut.
