Pork ribs in Jamaica flowers sauce
Ingredients
- 12 ribs
- ½ onion
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup Jamaica flower concentrate
- 20 grinded Jamaica flowers
- ¾ cup syrup
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Season ribs with salt and pepper, bake at 150 degrees for 30 minutes or until tender and the meat falls off the bone.
- The flowers are macerated in the jamaica concentrate, fry onion in butter, hibiscus syrup is added and allowed to thicken.
- The ribs are bathed and served in sauce.
- They accompanied by rice with nuts.
