Sweet and Sour Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 chops
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 slices of pineapple in chunks in syrup
- ½ cup of pineapple syrup
- soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in cold water
Preparation
- Grill chops until brown and cooked through.
- Pour the sugar, a few drops of soy sauce, vinegar, orange juice and pineapple syrup, starch and heat over medium heat until thickened and end season and enter the pineapple chunks.
- Serve chops are accompanied by salsa and watercress salad or sautéed in butter chard.
