Pork with Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 500 g. leg, chopped into medium cubes
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can mango pulp or chunks in syrup
- 2 tablespoons
- white vinegar
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Fry pan meat cubes until golden, add the sugar.
- Blend vinegar without the syrup, reserved cubes; heat and season the sauce to taste.
- Serve the meat cubes with the mango salsa.
- Accompany with a salad of celery.
