Pork with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 500 g. leg, chopped into medium cubes
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can mango pulp or chunks in syrup
  • 2 tablespoons
  • white vinegar
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Fry pan meat cubes until golden, add the sugar.
  • Blend vinegar without the syrup, reserved cubes; heat and season the sauce to taste.
  • Serve the meat cubes with the mango salsa.
  • Accompany with a salad of celery.
